Solution
We created a new run bid and accelerated our hiring process to address the scheduling deficiencies. We also assisted with distribution of Rider's Guides and participated in Lextran's community outreach and listening sessions.
I'm most proud of the culture change at this location with the employees, our client and our ridership.
